Groenewegen celebrates birthday making one-two at ZLM Tour

The Team Jumbo-Visma Dutchman rode Oltre XR4 to win also the stage 2 ahead of Ewan and teammate Teunissen

Team Jumbo-Visma goes on sweeping away at ZLM Tour in Netherlands. Twenty-four hours after the success in Bredene, Dylan Groenewegen delivered another of his famed powerful sprints, winning the stage 2 - 168,1 km from Etten-Leur to Buchten on Friday, June 21st. The fast wheel from Amsterdam celebrated his 26th birthday outsprinting Caleb Ewan and teammate Mike Teunissen.
 
Second placed in the prologue, Teunissen became the new GC leader ahead of Team Jumbo-Visma's Jos Van Emden (winner of the short TT opener) and Groenewegen, who strengthened his supremacy in the Points Classification.
